This course is an introduction to the content of the documents of the Second Vatican Council. It covers each document in detail, with a focus on major theological concepts. The four goals of Pope John XXIII, articulated in his convocation speech, are examined and the results of the Council, as found in the content of the documents, are evaluated according to these goals.
